Technirez™ R2524 is a high temperature epoxy gelcoat that will cure at ambient temperature to provide good air release, while maintaining excellent hold-up and edge thickness. Solvent and styrene resistance have been maximised, ensuring greater tool longevity.

TECHNIREZ™ R2533 Master Model Paste is an epoxy paste that will cure at room temperature for use in the pattern making and mould making industries. The resin and hardener are easily mixed by hand to form a soft workable paste, that, when cured, can be cut and shaped with regular woodworking tools. R2533 Master Model Paste exhibits high dimensional stability, and layers of up to 100mm can be applied in one operation.

TECHNIREZ™ R2532 is a glass-fibre reinforced epoxy paste that cures at room temperature and is suitable for tooling, foundry and pattern making applications.

Mixed resin and hardener produces an easily hand-workable laminating paste. High temperature applications such as pre-preg moulds can be produced with a combination of R2532 and hardener H2421.

TECHNIREZ™ R2523 is a thixotropic epoxy gelcoat that will cure at ambient temperature to provide a surface coating for tooling and pattern making applications. The resin and hardener mixture forms a hard surface that is capable of being worked with cutting and polishing tools.

TECHNIREZ™ R2529 Blue Gelcoat is solvent free, thixotropic epoxy resin specifically designed for applications that require an abrasion-resistant gelcoat, such as casting or face-casting.

R2529 has a low mixed viscosity, and has a fast, crisp cure at ambient temperature to produce a tough surface finish.

TECHNIREZ™ R2517 is a liquid epoxy resin designed to cure at temperatures ranging from 15° to 60°C and is suitable for general purpose laminating applications. A choice of two hardener speeds enables the cure time to be adjusted according to the ambient temperature.

TECHNIREZ™ R2519 is a solvent free, low viscosity epoxy resin designed to cure at temperatures ranging from 100° to 120°C for tooling applications.

Typical applications include the casting and laminating of jigs and tools that will be used in high temperature applications, such as pre-preg moulds and vacuum forming tools.

TECHNIREZ™ R2514 is a liquid epoxy resin designed for room temperature cures in tooling and foundry applications.

The low viscosities of the resin and hardener mixtures, enables the incorporation of a variety of fillers for casting purposes, or the use of fibreglass for laminating applications. The resin and hardener mixture will cure to form hard, high-impact resistant castings that exhibit excellent mechanical properties.

Typical applications include the casting and foundry patterns, plugs, moulds and checking tools.

TECHNIREZ™ R2501 is an aluminium-filled epoxy resin specifically designed for the fabrication of tools required to operate at elevated temperatures. The resin and hardener mixtures cure at ambient temperature, and depending on the post cure schedule adopted, are capable of withstanding temperatures up to 120°C.

Typical applications include vacuum forming moulds, prototype injection moulds, blow moulds and foundry patterns.
