RAPID CURE R90 is quick setting and excellent for quick repairs and temporary bonds to hold parts in position while standard epoxy bonds cure. R90 is suitable for bonding timber, concrete, fiberglass, marble, and with special preparation, some metals and plastics, and requires minimal clamping.

This type of adhesive is used in marine joinery and repair, commercial joinery and furniture manufacture, stone and masonry bonding and home handyman applications.

TECHNIGLUE-CA R60 is a pre-filled epoxy adhesive formulated to cure at room temperature to produce a high strength, waterproof bond. The consistency of R60 is perfect for filling surface voids within the bonded joint with minimal run-out.

TECHNIGLUE-CA is particularly suitable for bonding structural elements fabricated from timber, fiberglass, concrete and metal, and is commonly used in civil construction for anchoring threaded rods, mechanical fastenings and laminated beams.

TECHNIGLUE – CA is also available in a convenient, self-mixing cartridge pack making mixing and application quick and mess-free. Coloured resin and hardener give a visual indicator of correct mix.

TECHNIGLUE-HP R5 has outstanding toughness and resistance to micro-cracking. This proprietary blend overcomes a general deficiency in metal surface bond strength and offers up to a massive 30-fold increase in peel strength.

R5 should be used in the most critical applications including bonding aluminium sail track to carbon masts, bonding pre-fabricated composite goosenecks or spreader roots to carbon masts and bonding pre-fabricated components into pre-preg structures.

Techniglue-HP R15 has been formulated to overcome the problem of peeling failure in a metal-resin interface, by increasing the peel strength of the bond, with negligible reduction in other adhesive properties.

R15 offers high chemical resistance, high compressive & tensile strengths, and also has excellent adhesion to all normal substrates.

TECHNIGLUE-CB R35 is a pre-filled system formulated to cure at room temperature to form a tough core-bedding adhesive. R35 has been formulated for laminating applications where tensile elongation and working time for vacuum bagging applications are of benefit. The high viscosity enables the mixture to be trowelled onto a vertical surface with minimal sagging.
